Tool Introduction:

Hydraulic anchor is a downhole tool used to secure the tubing during operations such as fracturing and acidizing in oil field production wells. Hydraulic anchor is mainly used to anchor the tubing string during oil and water well production, water injection, fracturing and other construction to prevent relative displacement between the tubing string and the casing.

Structural features:

① Strong pressure bearing capacity, reliable sealing, and high anchoring force;

② The hydraulic anchor slip adopts two types: alloy slip and serrated slip, which are respectively used in casing of different steel grades;

③ Flexible movements, reliable anchoring and de anchoring.

Operation:

The hydraulic anchor is connected to the tubing string. When a certain pressure difference is generated in the oil casing (oil pressure is greater than the casing pressure), the anchor claw automatically extends and gets stuck on the inner wall of the casing, achieving the function of anchoring the tubing string. The pressure difference between the oil casing disappears, and the anchor claw retracts and resets under the action of its reset spring.
