Tool Introduction:

The sliding sleeve switch tool is inserted into the positioning slot of the sliding sleeve through a retractable positioning block, and moves the sliding sleeve by up and down impact to open or close the sliding sleeve.

Structural features:

① The interior of the positioning block is equipped with a spring, which keeps the switch tool in an open state. During the insertion process, it receives compression, which can compress the spring and reduce the outer diameter of the switch tool. This allows it to pass through the change in the inner diameter of the oil pipe and reach the positioning groove of the sliding sleeve;

② After opening or closing the sliding sleeve, continue to lift or lower the cutting nail, retract the positioning block, and disengage from the positioning slot. The switch tool can then smoothly pass through the sliding sleeve and be removed. Can verify whether the sliding sleeve is fully opened or closed, and after the opening or closing operation is completed, try moving up and down again. Since it cannot be stuck on the displacement surface, it indicates that the switch operation is completed;

③ Emergency cutting and release function, which can automatically cut and release the displacement block and release the switch tool in case of emergency; Open or close the slide sleeve once to complete.

Operation:

When opening the sliding sleeve, use a steel wire to lower the switch tool into the sliding sleeve, shake it downwards until it is released, lift the tool string up to the top of the sliding sleeve, and then shake it downwards again, repeating several times to ensure that the sliding sleeve is fully opened;

When closing the sliding sleeve, use a steel wire to lower the switch tool to the lower end of the sliding sleeve, lift the switch tool up and shake it upwards until the switch tool is released, repeat the closing operation to ensure that the sliding sleeve is completely closed.
