Introduction:

The easy drilling squeeze injection packer is designed to control its bi-directional fluid movement, which is controlled by a pressure balanced slide valve, and the position of the slide valve will not change when the fluid passes through. It needs to be used in conjunction with a sealing tool, and the position of the slide valve must be checked every time it is connected to the sealing tool to confirm that it must be in the closed state.

The easy drilling extrusion packer uses brass, aluminum, rubber, and cast iron materials, all of which are easy to drill.

Operation:

① When the tool is lowered to the predetermined position, rotate the tool string to the right for 31 turns. Due to the presence of a set of left-hand threads, the outer cylinder string of the tool will run downwards, causing the upper clamp of the packer to first open;

② Lift the tool string up again to seal the rubber cylinder. At this time, the lifting force should not exceed 1/3 of the sleeve value to avoid breaking the sleeve. Continue to lift about 2/3 of the sleeve tension value and maintain it for 2 minutes. Finally, directly lift the stress sleeve and seal the lower slip;

③ Press down the tool string again to increase the sealing degree of the rubber cylinder;

④ Raise the tool string by 1 meter to completely detach the sealing worker from the packer;

⑤ Rotate the tool string 20 times to the right again, the lock block is stretched open, and the lock block groove on the upper spindle is disengaged, unlocking the tool;

⑥ Press down on the tool string, the circulation hole of the slide valve is opened, and the tool string starts working;

⑦ When the homework is completed, the circulation hole of the lifting tool string and slide valve will be closed again, and then the sealing tool will be lifted again, and the task will be completed by releasing the hand.
