The 3FZ7-70 hydraulic control three gate blowout preventer is used to seal and prevent blowout accidents in case of accidents during logging. The anti spray device has a simple structure, easy use and maintenance, and simple and reliable operation.

The blowout preventer mainly consists of a main housing, two pairs of gate assemblies that move towards each other inside the main housing, a screw rod, an end cap, a handwheel, a lower joint, and a union nut and other components. When it is necessary to seal the well, the piston is driven by hydraulic pressure to move the gate body towards the center of the wellbore. By relying on the combined action of the front sealing rubber core and the top sealing rubber, the well can be sealed. Rotate the locking handwheel clockwise to lock the gate body in the closed position. When opening the well, turn the locking handwheel counterclockwise to fully retract it back to its initial position, and then the well can be opened.

The three gate blowout preventer is equipped with one fully sealed gate body, one semi sealed gate body, and one shear gate body. A fully sealed gate is used to shut in an empty wellbore, a semi sealed gate is used to seal the annulus, and a shear gate can cut steel wires or cables.
